Received on Three Island (level 22) | January 18th, 2018 Lazard was a rather unexpected addition though hardly one that Cissnei is upset about. She encountered the odd Pokemon while exploring Three Island's port with her Pokemon and Walter, unsure what to make of the little thing at first. He proved to be a rather tough opponent and put up a good fight against Mideel, ultimately losing and fleeing before he could be taken out completely. Later in the day he found them again for round two and this time, instead of fainting, darted at Cissnei with the last bit of his energy and knocked a Pokeball from her belt despite everything thinking he was going to hurt her. He allowed himself to be caught and settled happily into his new home leaving Cissnei and her Pokemon confused at least at first.
After healing him up and properly integrating him into the group, Cissnei dubbed him Lazard after the former head of the SOLDIER program. He's not afraid to stand up to anyone in the group and seems to be ready to join the ranks of her top battlers if given the chance though he's also quite strategic, it seems, which puts him a bit at odds with Rue funny enough.
