Met in Viridian Forest (level 11) | July 7th, 2017 Very chill, Cosmo just enjoys spending time with Cissnei's other Pokemon and exploring wherever they end up. He loves to crawl into whatever lap he can get into, thoroughly enjoying belly rubs and head scritches. Any Pokemon that tries to get him out of his spot will end up on the receiving end of a Razor Leaf attack if they don't back off. He seems to get along best with Rocket and can usually be found dozing underneath the other's legs.
While on the Sevii Islands, Cissnei encountered several young children, one of which seemed to take to Cosmo immediately and vice versa. Not wanting to split them up she gifted the Turtwig to the young girl and receives regular updates from her about how Cosmo is doing.
