Met in Vermillion City (level 10) | September 2nd, 2017 As if life hadn't been chaotic enough after the temper tantrum that the Legendaries threw, Cissnei had to end up getting involved with the infamous Squirtle Squad of Vermillion.
Arriving back in the city, Cissnei had seen some posters about the infamous turtles and decided to give it a go while she waited for Korra to arrive. Needless to say, someone regrets their life choices.
She did end up prevailing though and, in doing so, found herself with a rowdy and absolutely terrible Squirtle of her own. Named Trouble because that's exactly what this little girl is. (And she loves to cause as much trouble as she can for everyone around her.) She's turning into a rather bad influence to some of Cissnei's younger Pokemon but, thankfully, Shuriken is very adapt at keeping naughty creatures in line. (Like Reno)
